Animal PVC Patch

Our manufacturing process utilizes precision injection molding to create detailed and expressive animal designs. Each Animal PVC patch starts with a custom-crafted metal mold, meticulously engraved to capture every nuance of the animal's features-from the texture of fur and feathers to the intricate patterns on scales or spots. Liquid PVC is then injected into the mold under controlled pressure, filling every detail to produce a patch with consistent thickness, smooth edges, and a soft, slightly raised feel. Colors are integrated directly into the material or applied with durable, fade-resistant paints, ensuring the leopard's spots, the tiger's stripes, or the parrot's bright plumage remain vibrant over time. The back is finished with a strong self-adhesive layer or a sew-on/Velcro® backing for versatile and secure application. This high-precision process ensures every patch, whether it's a fierce wolf or a cute kitten, is produced with clarity, durability, and a playful spirit.
