Crystal-shaped Series Custom Patches

Our manufacturing process is specifically calibrated to create the illusion of crystal facets using high-density embroidery. Each crystal-shaped series custom patch begins with expert digitizing, where our technicians plot stitch angles and shading to simulate the flat, reflective planes of a cut gemstone. We use varying stitch directions within the same color area to create light-catching highlights and shadows, giving the patch a three-dimensional, faceted appearance. For designs that require extra depth, we incorporate satin stitches for glossy "faces" and tight fill stitches for the edges. The patches can be finished with a clean laser-cut edge that follows the sharp contours of the crystal shape, or a tight merrow border in a contrasting metallic thread to enhance the gem-like effect. Our multi-head embroidery machines ensure consistent stitch tension and color placement across large orders, and each patch is inspected for facet alignment, edge sharpness, and overall brilliance.
