The edges are finished with a tight merrow border or a clean laser-cut edge, often in a complementary shade, to prevent fraying and provide a professional, polished look. For an even more authentic feel, we can add subtle 3D puff elements or metallic threads to highlight specific design features. Our skilled technicians carefully control thread tension and density to ensure that even intricate details-such as stitching lines, small text, or complex logos-remain sharp and defined on the textured leather-like surface. The back of the patch is fitted with your choice of strong heat-seal adhesive, sew-on backing, or hook-and-loop fastener for versatile application.
