Each light-colored custom patch begins with expert digitizing, where our technicians carefully select thread shades and adjust stitch density to ensure even coverage without creating dark shadows or visible backing. Using state-of-the-art, multi-head computerized embroidery machines with clean, well-maintained equipment, we apply high-density satin stitches that create a smooth, flawless surface. To prevent the base fabric from showing through, we use a dense underlay stitch and a high-quality twill backing in a matching light tone. The edges are finished with your choice of a tight merrow border in a complementary light or slightly darker shade, a satin-stitched frame, or a clean laser-cut seal for a modern, borderless look. For designs requiring additional contrast, we can incorporate subtle metallic threads, delicate 3D puff elements, or pale gradient effects. Each patch is inspected under multiple lighting conditions to verify color consistency, brightness, and overall finish before being fitted with your preferred backing.
