Using state-of-the-art, multi-head computerized embroidery machines with high-density stitch capability, we apply satin stitches for smooth areas, tight fill stitches for coverage, and precise color-change sequencing to maintain sharp transitions. The edges are finished with your choice of a tight merrow border in one of the two colors (or a neutral tone), a satin-stitched frame, or a clean laser-cut seal for a modern, borderless appearance. For added dimension, we offer 3D puff embroidery on one color element, metallic threads to enhance one tone, or gradient shading to create a smooth transition between the two colors. Each patch is inspected under multiple lighting conditions to verify color contrast, edge sharpness, and overall finish before being fitted with your preferred backing.
