Customized Felt Embroidery Patches

Our manufacturing process is specially calibrated to achieve crisp, high-density embroidery on the plush felt base. Unlike standard fabric, felt does not require edge finishing, allowing us to create clean, die-cut shapes without bulky borders. Each customized felt embroidery patch begins with precision laser-cutting of the felt base to your exact shape-circle, rectangle, heart, star, or any custom silhouette. Then, using state-of-the-art, multi-head embroidery machines, we stitch your design with premium, colorfast polyester threads. The high-density stitching creates a smooth, raised surface that stands out beautifully against the felt's subtle texture. Because felt has no grain direction, it resists distortion during embroidery, ensuring perfect registration even for intricate logos or small text. We can also incorporate 3D puff elements, metallic threads, or gradient shading for added dimension. The edges are left raw (felt does not fray) or finished with a light stitch for a tailored look. Finally, each patch is inspected for thread tension, color accuracy, and shape integrity before being fitted with your choice of backing.
