Two-color Custom-made Large Towel Embroidery

Our manufacturing process is specifically engineered to handle the challenges of large-format embroidery on thick towel fabric. Each two-color custom-made large towel embroidery begins with expert digitizing, where we optimize stitch paths for the two chosen colors, ensuring clean edges and no color bleeding. We use high-density, large-scale embroidery machines with extended sewing fields, capable of stitching designs up to 12" x 12" or larger. To prevent the towel's loops from swallowing the stitches, we apply a water-soluble topping that holds the fibers flat during embroidery, then washes away to reveal crisp, raised lettering or graphics. The two colors are sewn sequentially with precise registration, creating a sharp contrast that is highly visible from a distance. We use heavy-duty cutaway stabilizers on the back to prevent puckering and ensure the towel lies flat after washing. Each towel is then carefully trimmed, inspected for skipped stitches or color misalignment, and folded for shipment.
