Automotive and electronics bond interior trim, headliners, components and cables with HMA, while hygiene items such as diapers rely on skin-friendly formulas. Glue sticks and guns are also DIY staples, and construction uses HMA for flooring and insulation.
Modern hot melts come in EVA, polyolefin, polyamide and reactive PUR systems, each tuned to substrate, temperature and service life, and low-temperature options keep expanding the range of bondable materials. From an iron-on patch to a sealed delivery carton, hot melt quietly connects everyday products, and its role across industries will keep growing.
