Replies may be slightly slower. Enquiries, artwork reviews and quotation requests received during the holiday period may take longer than usual to answer. We will continue to monitor messages and respond as quickly as we can, but please allow some extra time.
Lead times may be slightly extended. For orders confirmed shortly before or during the holiday, the confirmed lead time may be modestly extended depending on the artwork process, quantity and our production schedule at that time. Pre-holiday capacity is filling up quickly.

If you already have a requirement, specification or order under discussion with us - or one you have been planning to place - we kindly suggest confirming it as early as possible. Confirming early helps us lock in production capacity before the break, complete artwork and sample review without delay, and arrange shipment and documentation on a more predictable schedule.
For any order, the final lead time is confirmed according to your artwork, process, quantity and our production schedule at the time of confirmation. We will always state the timeline clearly before you commit.
Our team remains reachable through the Alibaba.com messaging centre throughout the holiday. Please send us your requirements and drawings as early as you can, and we will prepare everything so that work can move forward as soon as the holidays end.
